Whole Foods Market's cheese mongers in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom will demonstrate the time-honored method of breaking into 24-month-aged wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano. Join us in the Specialty department to watch our team members use traditional tools of the trade to crack this 85-pound wheel of cheese, and then enjoy samples as we pair it with creative accompaniments.

Visit our patio for day of grilling and giving! For only a $5 donation, you will receive a beef or veggie burger, bag of chips and drink. All proceeds will be donated to the Whole Planet Foundation, to provide microloans to those developing communities that supply our stores with product.
